Where is the convention taking place?

The Gaylord Rockies will be the home of the 144th Supreme Convention. It is located near Denver International Airport (DIA). Reservations will be done through the Supreme Council’s registration, so please do not contact the hotel in advance. Reservations at the Gaylord Rockies for delegates and non-delegates are handled by the Supreme Council and there will be a separate registration to reserve a hotel room through the Supreme Council. When is the convention?

The business portion of the convention is taking place between August 4 -6, 2026. Tours and activities sponsored by the Colorado State Council will begin on August 2nd. You must register with the Supreme Council to attend.

How can I get to Downtown Denver and other parts of Colorado?

While the Gaylord Rockies sits by DIA and is out East, you can rent a car, Uber, Lyft or take the LightRail

What is the cancellation policy for items purchased with the Colorado State Council?

All cancellations for tour tickets, hospitality registration, pins, polo shirts, or advertisements must be made in writing to JDHerskovits@gmail.com or by using the online form by 5:00pm MDT on June 21, 2026 in order to receive a refund. After this date and time, no refunds will be issued.

Can I transfer my registration and/or tour ticket to another person?

Unfortunately, no. All purchases made and non-transferrable.
